Booking a car

Quotes come back all-inclusive: the hourly rate or the transfer price, the gratuity, and anything the journey itself adds, such as tolls or parking at a venue. A booking is confirmed in writing with the vehicle class, the pick-up point and the chauffeur’s contact on the day. If a flight number is on the reservation, the arrival is tracked and the pick-up moves with the aircraft.

When to call rather than book online

Anything with more than one stop, more than one vehicle or a hard deadline is worth a call. Weddings, roadshows, multi-day conferences, airport transfers for a group arriving on different flights, and any specialty vehicle — those are quoted properly once somebody understands the day, and the quote is usually better than the sum of the individual bookings.

Changes and cancellations

Dispatch is staffed around the clock, which matters most when something changes at three in the morning. Amendments to a booked journey — a new flight, an extra passenger, a different address — go to the same number as the booking. The cancellation terms that apply to your reservation are set out in the booking terms and are quoted back to you before the reservation is confirmed.
