Landing at DBN
W. H. “Bud” Barron Airport (DBN) is Dublin’s own field, just outside the town in Laurens County. Cars meet the aircraft at the FBO, planned around the tail number and the aircraft’s actual arrival.
Leaving DBN
Cars leave DBN for downtown Dublin and Bellevue Avenue in a few minutes. Macon is about an hour north-west on I-16, and Savannah a little over two hours the other way, which is the run most onward journeys from here take.
The work at DBN
Medical and corporate arrivals, mostly single aircraft with one or two passengers, met on the ramp and taken into town. Larger parties arriving for an event take a Sprinter so they travel as one.
