What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight from wheels-up and your chauffeur adjusts automatically — there is no rebooking and no waiting-time penalty for an airline delay. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of free wait time, international arrivals 60.

Meeting flights at ATL

Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International (ATL) is the busiest passenger airport in the world, with a domestic terminal and an international terminal that are a shuttle ride apart. Pick-ups are made at the domestic terminal north baggage claim and the international terminal arrivals hall, and the booking carries 60 minutes of free wait time from touchdown. Book with the flight number rather than a time: the arrival is tracked, so an early landing or a long taxi moves the chauffeur instead of costing you the car. Domestic and international are separate buildings with separate approaches — telling us which one saves a lap of the airport.

Leaving ATL

Cars leave ATL on I-85, I-285 and the Downtown Connector, which is how Atlanta is reached from here. For a departure, the pick-up time is set backwards from the check-in desk rather than from the gate, and a chauffeur who knows which terminal you fly from saves the lap of the loop road that a map does not account for.

What ATL gets booked for

Corporate arrivals and departures make up most of the weekday traffic here — a car held between meetings, a client met at arrivals with a name board, or a straight run to a hotel. Groups arriving on one flight take a Sprinter or a bus so the party stays together and the luggage travels with it.
