Landing at ECP
Northwest Florida Beaches International (ECP) serves Panama City Beach and the eastern end of the Emerald Coast. It is a modern, single-terminal airport, and being met there is uncomplicated: the chauffeur waits at baggage claim with the flight tracked against its number.
Leaving ECP
Cars leave ECP on SR-388 and US-98, which is the coast road west towards 30A, Rosemary Beach and Seaside, and on to Destin. That run is about an hour and it is a beautiful one, but it is slow through the summer — a departure from a 30A rental is timed backwards from the check-in desk with the traffic counted in.

Beach-house arrivals are most of it, and they arrive as families, so Sprinters and SUVs with room for luggage do the bulk of the driving. Weddings along 30A bring guest shuttles across a weekend rather than single transfers.
