Serving Chicago
Landing at O'Hare
O'Hare International (ORD) is about seventeen miles northwest of the Loop and a hub for both United and American. Domestic pick-ups are made at baggage claim on the lower level of Terminals 1, 2 and 3; international arrivals come through Terminal 5. Book with the flight number: the arrival is tracked, so a delay moves the chauffeur rather than costing you the car.
Leaving O'Hare
Cars leave O'Hare on the Kennedy Expressway (I-90), which is the run into the Loop, River North and the Gold Coast. Traffic on the Kennedy decides the journey, so a departure pick-up is set with rush hour in mind rather than from the gate time.
The work at O'Hare
Corporate travel to the Loop and conventions at McCormick Place make up most of the work, often with a car held for the day. Groups flying in together take a Sprinter or a party bus so the party and the luggage stay together.
