Meeting flights at MCO
Orlando International (MCO) is the airport for the Orlando resorts and the Port Canaveral cruise terminals. Pick-ups are made at Terminal A level 2 arrivals, Terminal B level 2 arrivals and Terminal C arrivals. Book with the flight number rather than a time: the arrival is tracked, so an early landing or a long taxi moves the chauffeur instead of costing you the car. Terminal C is a separate building from A and B; naming it avoids a shuttle ride with the luggage.
Leaving MCO
Cars leave MCO on the Beachline Expressway, I-4 and the 417, which is how Orlando is reached from here. For a departure, the pick-up time is set backwards from the check-in desk rather than from the gate, and a chauffeur who knows which terminal you fly from saves the lap of the loop road that a map does not account for.
What MCO gets booked for
Corporate arrivals and departures make up most of the weekday traffic here — a car held between meetings, a client met at arrivals with a name board, or a straight run to a hotel. Groups arriving on one flight take a Sprinter or a bus so the party stays together and the luggage travels with it.
