Palm Beach International (PBI) is the airport for West Palm Beach, Palm Beach proper and the towns along the coast north of Fort Lauderdale. Leaving PBI
Cars leave PBI on Southern Boulevard and I-95. Palm Beach island is over the bridge in minutes, Worth Avenue a few more, and Wellington — which fills through the winter equestrian season — is a short run west. Miami is roughly seventy miles south, and that is a journey worth a sedan with a chauffeur rather than a rental car.

Season changes the work here. Between January and April the airport carries equestrian and gala traffic and the bookings are evening returns and multi-car parties; out of season it is corporate travel and airport runs. Groups arriving together take a Sprinter so the party and the luggage stay in one vehicle.
