Payment Policy

Deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE. Deposit or the vehicle minimum, whichever is greater, is required at the time of reservation. The full balance is due no later than 7 days prior to service. No refunds within a 7 day period prior to pickup, no exceptions. All reservations of 5 or more passenger units are 3 hour minimum on weekend. All rates are 6 hour minimum. There is a 4 Hour Minimum Rental for all Wedding Ceremony vehicles Hourly rates may vary during special events, peak-times, holidays and prom events. All rates are subject to change without notice. Before reservation request approval we would require a detailed address for stops not to include rest stops. Two stops are at no additional charge $50.00 per additional. Just drive request that are not previously billed as Just Drive orders are $2.84 per mile plus twenty percent gratuity and 7% sales tax. Vehicle idle charge while occupied after ten minutes or run time are $65.00 per hour non-prorated additional. ​All reservation are subject to availability. If the reservation is made less than 7 days in advance, the full amount is due at booking. ​If the full balance is not paid 7 days prior to service, we reserve the right to cancel this agreement with no refund of any payments previously made. All pickups and dropoffs between the hours of 12AM - 7 AM will be charged $175.00 shift differential. ​Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time in half-hour increments at premium hourly rates plus normal charges; SUBJECT TO CONTINUED VEHICLE AVAILABILITY. Price listed is an ESTIMATE based only on services listed and estimated time frames. Refund Policy

Deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE (This includes broken engagements, postponements, cancellations, significant time changes affecting other clients' trips, vehicle upgrades or downgrades, etc.) . There will be no refunds no exceptions for any unused time.

Gratuities/Destinations

Grand Limousine require that your chauffeur receive a minimum 20% gratuity; this is their primary source of income. If overtime or miscellaneous charges are incurred, they will be added along with 20% additional gratuity. Any extra gratuity given to a driver is at your discretion and will not reduce these additional charges. We will not refund or reimburse customers for time lost if driver is required to find new addresses not indicated on your contract. While we are happy to accommodate changes in plans, when possible please provide all addresses to all destinations in advance to avoid time consuming mapping of addresses while the trip is in progress. ​​Additional Fuel charges may apply on trips that exceed the minimum hours of use. General terms and conditions (apply to all services) The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.- Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.- Underage drinking is illegal . We cannot promise any particular color, year, make, or model of vehicle and for business reasons reserve the right to upgrade vehicles (at no additional charge) or use sub-contractors at any time. Grand Limousine has a zero-tolerance policy.- In the event that a client becomes physically sick and soils the limo, $350 professional clean up/sanitation fee will be automatically added to basic limo charges.- Missing/broken glasses are $20 each. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).- It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is illegal and not permitted in our limousines.- ​Illegal activities/items are forbidden in our vehicles and the client will be responsible paying for, included but not limited to; any imposed fines, towing and/or storage, loss of use fees, attorney fees, and other reasonable charges. If at any moment during the service you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact our dispatch at 404 424 4499 (Georgia) (NY, PA areas) immediately.- Actual total amount due will be calculated upon completion of the trip.- Grand Limousine is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.- ​Grand Limousine does not accept responsibility for delayed travel time due to unforeseen weather, traffic, road conditions (for example, unsafe road conditions in winter (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.)), or delays beyond our control.- Grand Limousine a division of Wynn Transportation, Inc. is not responsible for articles left in our vehicles.- Balances to be paid to the driver or company dispatch 7 days before the beginning of the run (at the initial pick-up location) unless paid with a previously authorized credit card.- ​All Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Unaccompanied Minor Policy

If no adult will accompany minors on the trip, all destinations must be given to the driver by the responsible party. The passengers cannot make changes to the itinerary unless authorization is given by the adult who secured the order. Parental permission forms for all minors must be on file prior to the beginning of the trip. We must be provided with the name and phone number of the adult responsible for the group. Your Privacy Rights This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal information.
